Experience

Mark Wordley started his career in the 1980’s working within manufacturing and mining companies before moving into retail in 1992.

From 1994 until 2004 he was the Finance Director of a national retailer with turnover of £70m. He cites his most rewarding achievement as the establishment of a new financial services business, which delivered £10m turnover per annum.

In 2004 he established TFD Resources, an accountancy firm specialising in Accountancy Solutions and Outsource Processing for both Accountancy Practices and business clients.

In 2006 ASUK Accountants and Business Advisors, was formed, offering the complete range of accounting and taxation services to the SME and Corporate Sector. Mark Wordley is the founder Partner in the Practice.

In his capacity of Managing Partner, he provides specialist advice on all aspects of establishing systems and procedures for both new start ups and rapidly expanding businesses. A significant proportion of his time is dedicated to client training and Consultancy.

Mark is married with two children and lives in the Derbyshire Dales.
