Sue Gordon is a director of 360e Ltd, based in Lincoln, alongside her business partner John Owens (also an eBusiness Club trainer and expert). Formed in 2004, 360e Ltd specialises in IT & E-Business consultancy, project management and training.

Sue has over 30 years experience of working in the IT industry, both in the public and private sector. She has worked from the early days of managing computer operations and technical support for large mainframe installations, through to delivery of business critical services across large PC networks and managing emergency service communications.

Sue is a specialist in the management and delivery of IT support services, ranging from international companies & local authorities, right through the full spectrum of client firms, to start-up businesses.

Sue also previously worked as a Business Link IT & e-Business Adviser, providing expertise, guidance and support for businesses in developing their use of ICT & the web.

Many of her clients have achieved national acclaim in their quest for developing their business through the use of technology, including the first ever winner of the UK Department of Trade & Industry national Ecommerce Awards in 1999 and several others achieving regional awards and commendations.

Sue’s role has included the development and delivery of a portfolio of on-line services for a local business support organisation, including the development of a bespoke customer database and the delivery of a range of internal and external project websites.

Formally qualified in PRINCE2 tm project management & widely knowledgeable in digital imaging and graphics, Sue is also an experienced trainer and mentor, specialising in project management and operational delivery of ICT systems and services. She is a very experienced eBay user – and runs her own eBay shop!
