- East Midlands Chamber of Commerce (EMCC) operates the website with us. EMCC is a private company limited by guarantee, company no. 03307493, registered office Commerce Centre, Canal Wharf, Chesterfield S41 7NA.
- East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) is a government Regional Development Agency. It helps fund the website.
- We may share your details with East Midlands Development Agency (emda) when we are operating certain schemes and projects on its behalf, along with other partner organisations, emda's associate bodies, other public sector organisations, providers of other public sector support and regulatory and audit organisations
We may also use contractors and professional advisers. Where these contractors require access to personal information, we try to seek assurances that they comply with the DPA and that your information will be kept confidential.
