We are Internova UK Limited. We developed the website and operate it with East Midlands Chamber of Commerce. We are company no. 03837521, registered office 33 Pilcher Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1QE. We are registered under the DPA with number Z5510859.

We hold and use your personal information as set out in this privacy notice.

2. Others Involved in this Website

  • East Midlands Chamber of Commerce (EMCC) operates the website with us. EMCC is a private company limited by guarantee, company no. 03307493, registered office 309 Haydn Road, Nottingham. NG5 1DG.
  • East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) is a government Regional Development Agency. It helps fund the website.
  • If you have registered to attend Expo 05 then Business Link, our parnter in the event, will also have access to your information. Business Link is a government initiative, managed by the UK Department of Trade and Industry.

We may also use contractors and professional advisers. Where these contractors require access to personal information, we try to seek assurances that they comply with the DPA and that your information will be kept confidential. They will not use your information except as necessary to operate the website or eBusiness Club, and will not use it except in line with this privacy notice.

In some areas of the website, we collect and use your information to facilitate your use of the website and the services that eBusiness Club provides.
