2. Others Involved in this Website
- East Midlands Chamber of Commerce (EMCC) operates the website with us. EMCC is a private company limited by guarantee, company no. 03307493, registered office 309 Haydn Road, Nottingham. NG5 1DG.
- East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) is a government Regional Development Agency. It helps fund the website.
- If you have registered to attend Expo 05 then Business Link, our parnter in the event, will also have access to your information. Business Link is a government initiative, managed by the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
We may also use contractors and professional advisers. Where these contractors require access to personal information, we try to seek assurances that they comply with the DPA and that your information will be kept confidential.
