Enrolment Guidelines

Follow these 5 simple steps to become a member of the exclusive Connect Nottingham eBusiness Training Club.

The Connected Nottingham eBusiness Training club is funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) and Greater Nottingham Partnership (GNP).

Step 1 – Sign-Up to become a registered member of eBusiness Club.

Step 2 – Register to become an exclusive member of Connected Nottingham.

Step 3 – Ensure you complete, review, print, sign and post your SME and Beneficiary forms!

Step 4 – When your forms have been received and verified, your Connected Nottingham account will be activated.

Step 5 – You can now book onto any of the exclusive Connected Nottingham events.

In order to meet the different funding criteria, we need to collect certain information about your company and you as an individual employee, via the following mandatory forms. The information you provide will be treated with the strictest confidence.

1. Company enrolment form (SME enrolment form and De Minimis form)

You only need to provide company information in the form of the SME Enrolment form once. As you have already joined the general eBusiness club, the system has automatically captured some key company data. The downloadable form will be pre-populated with this information. It is important that you double check all the information on the form is correct, especially the answers to the eligibility questions (number of employees, ownership and financial indicators etc). The reason for this is that the signed SME enrolment and De Minimis form will be used as evidence of your company’s eligibility to receive free support from ESF-funded programmes. If any of your company details are incorrect, please change them in your personal log in area by editing your company profile.

2. Beneficiary enrolment form

For the purpose of ESF, each individual from a company wishing to access support must complete and sign a separate beneficiary form. This declaration acts as primary evidence of beneficiary eligibility and will enable us to activate an individual learning account. We need your salary details because we have to demonstrate to ESF and GNP that there is a value to your time and that this is your "in-kind" contribution to the project. Please ask a Company Director to countersign your form and where possible, attach a photocopy of your P60, contract of employment or a recent wage slip.

This information is treated with the strictest of confidence. Please refer to our Pricy Policy for further information.

If you have any questions of queries during the enrolment process please do not hesitate to email Sarah Ledger at sarah@ds-associates.co.uk or ring 0115 950 6000.

It is essential that both forms are printed off, completed fully and returned signed with the necessary supporting evidence to:

Sarah Ledger
eBusiness Training Co-ordinator
Accelerate Nottingham
Floor 3
Castle Heights
72 Maid Marion Way
Nottingham
NG1 6BJ

Please mark your envelope PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.

The paperwork will then be checked and you will receive email confirmation that your Connected Nottingham training account has been activated. Furthermore, any tentative booked events will now automatically be confirmed. You will also be able to sign up for further events without having to complete the registration forms again.

Welcome to the Connected Nottingham eBusiness Training Club.
