Do you want to get ahead in the digital world and make the most of the opportunities available to you?

We’re inviting businesses to join us for this special, one-off showcase event – being funded by Rushcliffe Borough Council and delivered by East Midlands Chamber and Rushcliffe Business Partnership.

We are dedicated to helping small and medium sized businesses reach their potential, and this fully-funded session will help you keep up to date with the latest trends, with practical and informative presentations delivered by some of our expert consultants.

Topics covered on the day are listed below, and there will be a host of networking opportunities to make connections with other local businesses and agencies.

  • What’s New in Search
The world of search is fast-paced and ever-changing. Our always-popular session on all that’s new in the world of Google and Bing returns. Our expert consultant, Ian Lockwood, will walk you through the latest updates to Google’s algorithm, how changes to the presentation of search results could affect you, all the new AdWords and Bing Ads features recently released and the latest industry data and test results demonstrating what really works in the worlds of search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay per click (PPC).
  • How to Segment Your Data and to Increase Leads and Conversions
Giving the right message to the right person at the right time – and via the right channel – is crucial to the success of your operation.  And effective, accurate data is at the heart of this.  Our expert consultant, Lee Callender, will help you learn how to get the most value out of the information you hold to help you connect with customers in a way that means something to them, and ultimately boosts your bottom line and reputation.
  • What’s New in Social
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube …. The list is ever-growing.  Social media carries huge weight in how you represent your brand and engage with your customers, but it is about quality over quantity.  Our expert consultant Liam Lally will take you on a tour of the latest updates, to help you understand what channels are right – or wrong – for your business, and what your messaging should look like for the best results.
