The Rise of the Chatbot
Breakfast Seminar

Learn how automation of basic interactions with user through chatbot technology can help streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. This seminar covers use of chatbot technology via social media platforms and integrations with websites and offers practical advice on how to get started.

Statistics show that consumers are increasingly using personal messaging services to communicate with businesses and that they expect a fast response. Many queries are straightforward and can be answered using automation, allowing human resources to be allocated to more serious issues.

In this seminar, digital marketing consultant, Paul Ince, outlines the background to changing customer habits, particularly in how they communicate with businesses and how organisations can make better use of their time to serve customers more effectively using chatbot technology.

Who should attend:
Any organisation who is interested in improving efficiency of communication with customers using technology and automation. You don’t need to be technical or have any experience in chatbots to attend – the seminar is pitched at beginner to intermediate level.

Seminar will cover:

  • How customers want to communicate with businesses – The changes in the way that consumers (and other businesses) want to communicate with brands

  • Understanding your processes – How working with your own processes will tell you what you can potentially automate

  • Finding the questions your customers are asking – Use information that you already have available to understand what your customers are likely to ask and provide answers automatically

  • Chatbot services – Discover the range of platforms that are already available that allow you create chatbots without any knowledge of programming

  • AI – How to feed new information back into a chatbot to continually improve the service offered to your customers

  • Limitations – What you may think you can do but can't. What you think you should do but shouldn't.

Seminar outcome:
Delegates will leave the seminar armed with the expert knowledge required to select the appropriate chatbot platform and start creating a bot.
