Geoff Ramm

Blake Pain - 10am

 Blake is Leicestershire County Council’s Cabinet Lead for Rural Broadband and in this capacity he signed the original partnership contract between the County Council and BT in August 2013 at Foxton Locks near Market Harborough. He is also portfolio holder for economic development at the County Council and represents residents in the Market Harborough West and Foxton Division.  In 2013 he was appointed as Leader of Harborough District Council and in this capacity represents Leicestershire’s district councils on the Board of the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership. In addition to his public roles Blake is a successful local businessman in Market Harborough and a keen musician having studied French Horn at the Royal Academy of Music.

Ian Lockwood is a founding director of a digital agency specialising in online marketing and web design, based in Nottingham, and delivering services to companies and organisations across the UK. Ian’s expertise comes from seven years as deputy managing director of a web design and development company, subsequently running his own web development and online marketing consultancy business.

Elena is responsible for driving the vision, strategy and execution plan for Microsoft's Cloud platform with UK developer audiences. Elena leads cross-functional teams to drive technical audience acquisition and growth of Cloud-based services revenue with Microsoft Azure and Cloud-based apps across devices. Elena builds awareness and scales engagement of programmes to reach high growth markets. Elena develops and grows the evangelism plans for Internet of Things and data.

Liam Lally has carved out for himself the reputation of being one of the East Midlands leading authority on all things Social Media / Networking.
