The Digital Growth Programme (DGP) is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) and the local authorities listed below. 

By accessing or using this website you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions and accept and agree to them as they apply to your access or use.

The website is intended to provide information about the Programme, how and why it operates and the services it provides. The materials presented are solely for the purpose of informing users about the benefits of joining the Programme and accessing the services.

We will not be liable to users of the website for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the viewing, use or performance of the website or its contents, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of the Chamber, our servants or agents, or any other person.

We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from any external website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy and use of data, which you send and receive.

We reserve the absolute right to alter or discontinue any aspect of the website or the services provided through it, including your access to it.

We cannot guarantee that the website will operate continuously without interruptions, be error free or any other interruptions in service beyond the Chamber’s control.

You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website and, in particular, you must not attempt to tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, router or any other internet connected device associated with the website.

Privacy & Data Protection

The Digital Growth Programme respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of how we look after your personal data when you visit our website(s) (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

By registering with the Programme you acknowledge and agree that the data contained within your application form can be held by the Chamber and used to provide the support services available through the DGP, as well as marketing information about relevant business support services.

Any information recorded in this form may be shared with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (the Managing Authority for ERDF funds) and the delivery partners based on your business location. We will not share your information with any other third parties unless they have been commissioned, by the Chamber, to complete monitoring and audit activities.

All information will be stored securely and may be shared in confidence with the following organisations based on your business location:

  • Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire located businesses: data shared with Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council
  • Leicester and Leicestershire located businesses: data shared with Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council
  • South Yorkshire located businesses: data shared with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber, Doncaster Chamber and Sheffield Chamber

In the event that we do use your personal data, we will not disclose it to third parties (unless you are a member and have previously given your consent) except that we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to:

  • Anyone who may manage the running of the website on our behalf.
  • Any law enforcement agency requesting it in connection with the commission of any offence, once we are reasonably satisfied as to the circumstances surrounding the request and to protect our users and ourselves.
  • Certain non-personal information of visitors to the website is recorded by the standard operation of the website including but without limitation, the URL that you just came from, which URL you next go to and what browser you are using.
